Business 2.0
Updated: Feb 8, 2021
You’ve started your business, now what?

If you’re like I was, the everyday struggles of 15 employees and non-stop production almost killed me. I was extremely frustrated and did not know if I could personally take it anymore. I knew there had to be a better way.
When I went searching for support, there’s so much out there to assist in starting a business -- I needed something to support the next phase. We were still so small but seemingly so successful. We were pumping out product but not profitable. I kept thinking that I needed business 2.0.
I now know that I needed someone outside the company to help me see beyond the day to day. A person with the financial know-how to examine and question current systems. Someone I connected with that could get us beyond what I already knew. In my case, I wanted personal and professional support. My business was running me, not the other way around.
