ABOUT

I love working with start-up companies and small businesses! In my role as a consultant, I've successfully helped launch businesses, products and brands in a variety of industries including music, film, theatre, hospitality, medical, and technical fields.


As the previous co-founder and CEO of Nuflours, a gluten free bakery, located in Seattle, Washington, I created a nearly one million dollar business from the ground up.

Prior to starting my own business, I spent over 10 years in the marketing and public relations fields, working for multi-million dollar non-profit organizations and in the entertainment industry.

I'm adept at analyzing industry and market research, responsible for business development, forging new business partnerships and key customer relationships. As a practitioner, I specialized in corporate and non-profit public relations, media relations, advertising, social media strategy, website development and maintenance, project & budget management, special events, writing/editing and brand identity.

I am a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses entrepreneurial support program, facilitated by Babson College, in Boston, Massachusetts.

My work was acknowledged by PRSA (Public Relations Society of America) with its highest honor, a Totem Award.
